Monthly Plan
Non-refundable for:
- Completed visits
- Missed visits due to access/safety
- Partial months
$150 early termination fee if canceled within first 90 days
Annual Plan ($1,000 prepaid)
- Non-refundable once service begins
- No partial refunds for unused time
Service Issues & Billing
Service issues must be reported within 24 hours. Billing errors within 7 days.
Add-On Services & Cleanups
Add-on services and cleanups are non-refundable once performed.
