Electronic Acceptance
By submitting payment or checking the box, customer agrees to this Agreement and all policies.
Scope of Service
Skimming, brushing, baskets, vacuuming as needed, chemical balancing, equipment check. No repairs or restoration.
Plan Selection & Billing Authorization
Customer selects one:
Monthly — $100/month
- Auto-billed
- Cancel anytime
- $150 fee if canceled within first 90 days
Annual — $1,000 prepaid
- Covers 12 months
- Non-refundable
Independent Contractor Relationship
All service performed by independent student contractors.
Consent for Minors
Customer permits minors to enter property for service.
Customer Responsibilities
Access, pets secured, water level, equipment on. Missed visits receive no credit.
Additional Charges
Algae cleanup, storm cleanup, filter cleaning, excess chemicals billed separately.
Condition of Pool
Restoration required before service begins if pool is neglected.
Release of Liability
Customer releases Scholar Pools and contractors from liability for fragile equipment, pre-existing issues, unsafe property conditions, unsecured pets, and normal service wear.
Service Refusal
Service may be refused or terminated for unsafe conditions or non-compliance.
